you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.


1. Who We Are


posu. is an Australian-based sock brand committed to raising awareness and supporting children affected by sexual and physical abuse. A portion of every sale is donated to causes aligned with our mission.


2. Use of This Website


By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes.


3. Products and Orders


We do our best to display accurate information about our products, including pricing, descriptions, and availability. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update product info at any time without notice.


All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in product pricing.


4. Pricing and Payments


All prices are in AUD (Australian Dollars) unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods. Payment must be received in full before your order is shipped.


5. Shipping and Delivery


We offer domestic and international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and delays may occur.


6. Returns and Refunds


We accept returns on unworn socks in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the return is approved.


7. $1 Donation Per Pair


For every pair of socks sold, $1 AUD will be donated to organisations that support children affected by abuse. Donations are made quarterly, and we are committed to transparency around how these funds are used.


8. Intellectual Property


All content on this site — including text, logos, images, and designs — is the property of posu. and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without our permission.


9. Privacy Policy


We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy

 to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.


10. Limitation of Liability


posu. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or products. All products are sold “as is” and we do not make any warranties beyond what is required by Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

Return and Refund Policy

We hope you love your posu. socks — not just for their comfort, but for the impact they help create. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

You may return any item within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

Socks must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging

Proof of purchase (like an order number or receipt) is required


We do not accept returns on:

Worn or used socks

Gift cards or sale items (unless faulty)


Please note:

The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover return shipping unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your original item and place a new order.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, we’re really sorry! Please contact us at hello@posu.com.au

within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll fix it as quickly as possible — at no cost to you.


How to Return an Item

We'll provide return instructions and our return address

Package the socks securely and send them back (return postage is at your cost)
